UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF MARCH 1, 2019
Muddy Bottoms reserves all rights to cancel a reservation for an event. A full refund will be issued if a RV Reservation is cancelled prior to the week of the reservation date. A refund of 50% will be issued if a RV reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the event. No refund will be issued within 12 hours of the start of the event. To cancel, you must call the office with the credit card you purchased as we do not keep cards on file.
Cabins must be paid in full at time of reservation and a rental agreement will be sent out from MBATV. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for cabin reservations at time of booking (outside of an event). If booking for a Muddy Bottoms Event Weekend, payment is due in full on day of purchase. Cancellation policy for all cabins is 10-business days prior to the date of arrival to receive a full refund less the deposit aforementioned. If reservations are cancelled after the 10-business day period has passed, you will not receive a refund.
Muddy Bottoms will not issue any refunds for tickets. All events do take place rain, shine, or snow; we will not close because of impending weather. We are an outdoor recreation park, prepare to get a little dirt on you.
Should you need to cancel a reservation after you have purchased, please call the office at (318) 377-3800. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday - Friday, however, we are closed 12pm-1pm for lunch. All requests after 5pm will be returned the following business day.
